We’ll talk you through building materials and finishes and get an accurate understanding of any flooring, wall coatings and fittings you want included in the project.

Design
Once we have an understanding of your requirements, we’ll prepare detailed architectural plans and structural designs to bring your ideas to life.
We’ll incorporate siting of new and / or existing stairwells and access to your new loft space, and provide detailed floor plans and elevations.
If you want to use your own architect or structural engineer to draw up the plans, that’s absolutely fine – it’s your loft conversion and we’re here to make your vision a reality.
Planning Permission and Building Regulations
We’ll arrange and erect scaffolding if your project needs it and we’ll dismantle and remove it when your project is complete.
Whilst building work is going on at your property, we’ll ensure all safety measures are in place and protect you and your family from disruption as much as we can.
We’ll clean up at the end of each day to ensure you can go on living as normally as possible and our professional team will work tidily and respectfully in your home.
Scaffolding and Building Work

Unless you want to decorate yourself, we’ll make sure your loft conversion is finished beautifully, using carpets, paints and finishing touches chosen by you.
We’ll remove any trace of building work, leaving you and your family with an immaculately presented space for you to enjoy.
